Address Beach Resort Fujairah

The Address Hotels are all about top class and this one was no different, but the friendly staff go above and beyond expectation. Bravo to them.

Great service and assistance from Mrs. Kateryna at front desk management as well as Ayman at front desk.Great roomgreat beach

Luxury and comfort in a stunning beachfront setting. The modern design and breathtaking views create an inviting atmosphere.

While the food quality is high, the breakfast options could use more variety.

almost everything from the breakfast to the pool to the sea to the room to the staff everywhere is friendly & helpful willing to help the receptionist Noor the terrace the life guard the house keeping

nothing I like everything

Good value private beach

Food wasn’t great and location was a bit far

Nice design, spacious, well decorated

The main pool is a bit too small for the capacity

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location, being close to both the mountain and the sea. Other than that, nothing stood out in a positive way.

Everything was extremely slow. I had already paid before arriving, and they even called to confirm I would be coming, which felt unusual. When we arrived, they said our booking had been cancelled, and we had to wait a long time to get a room.We called four times to get our luggage delivered, four times for someone to open the connecting room door, and three times to get a pillow. The next day, we called four times for a blow dryer, and even then, the staff did not mention where it was located in the room.Breakfast was disappointing, no flavor, no taste. To avoid more delays, we brought down our luggage ourselves and didn’t ask for any more service. Even the shisha and drinks took a long time in the lobby restaurant. Overall, everything in this hotel is slow and poorly managed, and our entire stay was even less than 24 hours. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, the overall experience has noticeably declined.

The spot, the maintenance, cleanliness, room space.

Restaurant variety of food

We came back to the hotel as we visited last year but this time we didn’t like much

Food , service , cleanness ..

Nice suite, great service, excellent location!

The room is extremely cold even with the AC turned off, and the toilet bidet is very weak making it difficult to wash

Lovely room and viewsModern

The dinner buffet felt cramped and too small and too busyBreakfast, exact same to be honest, we waited 15 minutes for tea

the location, the 3 different pools the room layouts the view

considering the price point of this hotel, I expected a lot more. my main issue is with the service. when we first came and before paying, we asked if a crib was available and they said yes. then they said there is no crib. we had to argue with the staff to get one. the crib's matress is very thin and not all comfortable. on the pool, there is no one to order one, if a worker happened to pass by, you had to request for him to call a waiter for you. we also ordered eggs for breakfast and they took more than half an hour to provide them. also the breakfast items were good but I expected more variety and creativity from the address. generally good, but will not repeat.

Beautiful layout. Spacious. Despite full capacity the space was amazing. The rooms are new and beautifully decorated. We got upgraded to a suite as well.

Everything about this property was amazing. Amazing staff that made the stay exceptional. Very good breakfast and dinner.

This isn’t a dislike but would have liked more selection for food choices at the pool.

Nice big room, very good breakfast, nice kids play area, very friendly staff especially Ayman from the recption desk.

The air freshener used in common areas was to intense.

One of the best places we’ve ever been, and its all starts with the team - from reception team (thank you Menura for sudden upgrade) to pool team (Omar - you are the best) and then to amazing seafood restaurant team (Nyasha, Akil and others) - you guys really make the difference! Amazing stay we had, and very kids friendly!

Everything was perfect! The hotel is spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, cleaned to perfection. The breakfast is excellent — a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The overall atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing — it really feels like home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again! ?

Im a regular guest at this hotel and generally enjoy my stays. However, there’s one recurring issue that really needs attention — there are not enough sunbeds on the beach. No matter the season, it’s always difficult to find a free one. Many guests reserve them early in the morning and then leave for hours, and the staff doesn’t seem to monitor this situation. I’ve mentioned this several times at the reception, but nothing has changed. I truly hope the management will add more sunbeds soon — it would make the experience perfect.

Hotel stuff was nice and polite, they did everything to make our experience smoother

Fist of all we booked a twin room with the view, got single bed room on lower floor without any view that was presented to us as an upgrade, after 30 min of arguing we were told that twin rooms are not available and we have to stay in a single room, but got a better view. Food in the main restaurant was very basic and not tasty, stayed for 2 nights and room wasn’t cleaned at all, light in the room kept going on and off on its own, not enough sunbeds, people were laying on the sand on the towels, bad location next to abandoned construction on the left, small restricted beach.

The beach, the room, the swimming pools

Spa and all water sports were sold-out so can’t use without booking in advance

Room. Spacious, stylish. Well furnished

Unfriendly and inattentive staff in main restaurant. Very long waiting times for ordered food and drinks. Tables not prepared clean for guests. Not acceptable for the hotel in this price category.Very dirty beach.
